Flavia Dias

I have a psychology degree from SDSU and my focus has always been in language acquisition. I was trained in TPRS by Blaine Ray back in 2013 and since then I have been using the method successfully. Back in 2020 I was trained again by Blaine here in Brazil and started to use the new TPRS, which I find to be more efficient and exciting. TPRS has changed my life as a teacher. I have my own online school and my students are all very happy with their learning. TPRS is the way to go!

Marta Fraternali

I have been teaching all my life and I can say that this is my true passion. I taught French in Italy then moved to California about 15 years ago, and I decided to switch to my mother tongue: Italian. I have a bachelor’s degree (University of Torino-Italy) and a Master's degree in teaching Italian to foreigners.  (University Tor Vergata – Rome) I taught in person at Chico State University for 6 years, then online for different companies…then about 5 years ago, I discovered T.P.R.S and it was love at first sight! I had looked for something like that my entire life. I was never satisfied with the results I was getting with grammar and traditional teaching. With this method we try to recreate the process a child goes through when learning to speak, and, very important, we have fun in class! Having fun is an indispensable emotional element for a successful class and…my students confirm that! “Provare per credere” we say in Italian (= Try it to believe it!). So, I hope to see you soon in my Italian class!

Missy Urushidani

Missy Urushidani is currently a high school teacher of Japanese and English to multilingual learners in the beautiful peninsula of Washington state. She was sent to teach English in Japan for 3 months as her final project to earn her BA in Japanese Language & Culture from The Evergreen State College. It was then that she discovered her passion for teaching languages. Her 3 months in Hyogo, Japan quickly turned into 11 years. Every moment was a blast, (HELLO! Have you ever tasted Japanese food or met a Japanese person!? Amazing!) but something was missing. Acquisition wasn’t happening how she wanted it to. Missy knew there had to be a better way, and she had to find it!. That’s when she decided to return to the states and earn a Master in Education (Japanese & ELL endorsed) at Saint Martin’s University to search for the secret of BETTER teaching. She found it in TPRS! Missy has been working closely with her work-partner Yuya Kurata to translate and create a Japanese version of the LICT curriculum, attending every TPRS & CI training she can find. The results she dreamed of in Japan are finally happening in America! She is working closely with other Japanese teachers across the globe to perfect TPRS for Japanese. When she’s not obsessing over becoming the best possible teacher she can be, you’ll probably find her out on some random adventure with her 2 kiddos.

Pia Koch

What I like best about teaching German with TPRS is the joy and learning it brings to both the students and the teacher. When I was at university, I stumbled into teaching adults (2017). It started out as a side job and is now my passion. TPRS and CI completely changed the way I teach. It was the method I had been looking for for a long time, and I am really happy that I found it in 2020. Because I offered a free practice class I received lots and lots of extra training by Craig and even hosted several TPRS 101 workshops.
